At this time, we ship within Canada only.

This allows us to focus on smooth processing, accurate pricing, and compliance with current tax requirements.We hope to offer U.S. and international shipping in the future — thank you so much for your understanding 💕

 

🔁 Will I receive duplicate items?

Because this is a mystery product, duplicate or similar items may occur, especially if you purchase multiple scoops.

We always try to create balanced and fun combinations, but duplicates are part of the mystery experience 💕

You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.At this time, we’re unable to guarantee gift notes or specific themes.

💸 Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the mystery nature of this product, all Bookish Scoop sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not liking the items received
  • Expecting specific items or colors

📦 What if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the original packaging
