✨ Mystery Scoops (All Sales Final)

Because Bookish Mystery Scoops are mystery products (surprise-style items and variations), all mystery scoop sales are final.

That means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Not liking the items received

• Expecting specific items/colors/designs

• Duplicate or similar items (especially when ordering multiple scoops)

By purchasing a Bookish Mystery Scoop, you agree to the mystery nature of the product 🌸

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll take care of you 💗

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

• Clear photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

After review, we may offer (at our discretion):

• A replacement (when available), or

• Store credit, or

• A partial refund (for the damaged item only)

⚠️ We can’t offer refunds or replacements without photo proof or after the 48-hour window.

📨 Lost / Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t see your package, please:

• Check around your home/building

• Ask neighbors or your building manager

• Contact the shipping carrier directly

If your package appears lost in transit (no movement for an extended period), message us and we’ll help you investigate.

🏷️ Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

• We do not refund original shipping fees

🚚 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
