Because many of our items are curated, handmade, or packed in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or special launches.

At this time, The Bookish Scoop ships within Canada only.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we focus on providing the best experience for our Canadian customers.
International shipping may be available in the future 💕

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Tracking

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays or carrier delays.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

📬 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

📦 Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

• Check around your delivery location
• Ask neighbors or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier directly

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
